Our company was established in the spring of 1996 in Waterloo, Iowa. We're proud to be a family-owned and operated business. Thanks to an experienced staff and loyal customers, we've grown rapidly during our first six years and added a second office in Des Moines, IA. We have fifty years of combined experience in the home health and physical rehabilitation industries. Our employees' strong Midwestern work ethic has contributed not only to the success of our business, but also to the satisfaction of our many customers.

Return Policy

We unconditionally guarantee all merchandise sold by MobilityStore.Com for 30 days from the time of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return any unused merchandise, for any reason, for a prompt refund. This policy excludes all hygienic/bathroom items.

What Else Do I Need to Know?

  • Returned items, unless otherwise stated, are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Your credit card will be credited for the price of the item and any taxes, excluding shipping costs.
  • It will be your responsibility to coordinate and pay the return freight charges.
  • If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or MobilityStore.Com shipping error, the initial shipping will be credited and the restocking fee will not be charged.
  • Your card will be credited when MobilityStore.Com has received and processed your returned item.
  • Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • MobilityStore.Com cannot guarantee return credit for orders that are not returned in accordance with our returns policy.

How to Return Items

To return items simply call us at 1-800-603-9857. One of our representatives will issue a return approval or denial.
Your return must include the following:

  • Product in new condition returned in its original package.
  • All of the parts that the manufacturer included with the product.
  • Packing slip with reason for return.

Make sure to wrap the item securely and keep the tracking number of the return package. We suggest that you purchase insurance for the item since we are not responsible for merchandise that is lost in return shipping. We recommend UPS or Insured Parcel Post.
